How do I buy tickets?Via Eventbrite in the 'tickets' tab on our website.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?There will be no tickets available on the gate. Please ensure that your ticket is purchased in advance.

When and where is the event?Classics at the Clubhouse | Aircooled Edition will be held on the 22nd June 2025 at Sandford Springs Hotel and Golf Club, Kingsclere, RG26 5RT Camping and Sunset Club opens on Saturday the 21st of June 2025.

Is there camping?Yes, camping is available for the Saturday night (21st June 2025).

What time can I get in?Gates for the main event open from 09:00 on Sunday the 22nd June 2025. Gates for camping open at 16:00 on the 21st of June 2025.

If I arrive early can I get in?No, please do not arrive early unless you have been directly instructed to. Please arrive from 09:00 onwards and no earlier.

Do children need to pay?For our main event kids 12 and under go free. Please be sure to select the relevant passes at your time of booking.

Are dogs welcome?Well behaved dogs are welcome, they must be kept on a lead at all times and any 'mess' be immediately cleaned up.

Can we bring our own food?Although we have some wonderful catering lined up you are absolutely welcome to bring your own food for a picnic. Strictly no BBQ and no fires allowed.

Can I show my water-cooled car?The display areas of this event are air-cooled only. Although we appreciate all makes, models and calibre of vehicle, this is a themed event. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I display my air-cooled vehicle?Simply purchase a ticket and arrive in an air-cooled vehicle, it's as simple as that. If you wanted to get in touch about any of our curated displays please send an email to info@classicsattheclubhouse.com (subject title: curated displays).

What about engine conversions?Did your car used to be water-cooled and is now air-cooled? Or is now water-cooled but used to be air-cooled? Stuck a V8 in a Classic Bus? Rotary Powered 911? Beetle Panned Golf? Send us a message, we would love to hear from you anyway. Other than causing confusion on the gates we welcome you, put perhaps give us a a heads up so we can let them know.

What about electric conversions?If the vehicle was once originally air-cooled then yes, you are welcome. Also there is a charging point located next to the hotel.

Is the golf course still open?Yes and no. Sandford Springs has 27 holes of golf, Classic's takes over 9 holes. So the other 18 are still fully functioning.

Can I go in the Clubhouse?Yes, absolutely. All are welcome.

Can I play golf?Good question, yes you can. But you must book in with the pro-shop beforehand.

Can I explore the golf course?The short answer is no, there are still 18 holes of golf still in use and we wouldn't want someone getting injured. It's a large area, almost 200 acres, with streams, bunkers, lakes, trees, logs, wildlife and machinery etc. It is very hard to navigate, especially after sundown. We recommend sticking to the designated event areas, please do not stray onto the golf course.

Please do not interfere or disrupt the golfers.Please just don't... you will be removed from site and no refunds given.

What provisions do you have for disabled people?We will have accessible parking and toilet facilities. However it is important to be aware that the event area is on a golf course, with slopes, uneven grounds and few pathways. If a guest requires an assistance caregiver to join them for the day we will offer complimentary entry for the caregiver Please email us ahead of time to arrange this additional pass and to address any concerns you may have for the day. info@classicsattheclubhouse.com

If I am camping, what time can I enter the main event on Sunday?From 09:00, there is no early entry for vehicles camping on site - unless they are part of a curated display and have directly been given prior consent. Thank you for your understanding.
